Do you ship internationally?

We offer a UK & Worldwide shipping service and a free Click & Collect service. Our UK shipping fee is £10.00 and all items are sent fully insured via Royal Mail Special
Delivery. Worldwide shipping prices will vary so please contact us for a shipping quote before purchasing. Please also note that all local import charges and taxes
are the responsibility of the buyer.

Can you size the ring I order?

Yes! We can size most of our items but there will be a fee for this service, please e-mail or call us for further information and prices. Please note your size in the Notes section upon ordering and allow up to two extra weeks for delivery if sizing is required.

Is it possible to try the jewellery on?

Absolutely, just make an appointment and you can come in and try jewellery on. If you don’t live nearby, we can also provide any additional photos, videos, or details about any item if you’re unsure before ordering. (Please just send us an email to enquire.) If you order a ring and it doesn’t satisfy you in any way, we also offer a full Refund Policy; please read for further details.
